Jason is well-respected, organised, and passionate Rehabilitation Case Manager, sepcialising in the management of clients who have suffered amputation and complex polytrauma.

Jason strongly believes in empowering clients to reach their maximal rehabilitation potential and assisting them with focussing and achieving what they can do, rather than what they cannot do. He is highly knowledgeable and up to date with the latest advances in prosthetic rehabilitation and has developed close working relationships with both NHS and private providers to maximise post-amputation function.

Always ensuring he maintains high clinical standards, provides evidence-based and goal-focussed rehabilitation, writes robust reports and builds trust with all stakeholders, he has a strong presence within the personal injury sector. He was a finalist in the CMSUK “Catastrophic Case Manager of the Year” in 2023.

Jason has a very strong work ethic, outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust relationships with clients and colleagues.

Due to his specialist interest in amputee rehabilitation, Jason has become increasingly involved with national amputee charities such as The Limbless Association and Limb Power. He volunteers yearly at the Limb Power Games and attends / participates in various amputee / disability charity events.

COTA Case Management (Formerly LMC Case Management) - May 2024 to Present
Jason provides bespoke case management, using a person-centred approach and evidence based therapeutic rehabilitiation for both children and adults.

HCML - 2015 to Present
Rehabilitation Case Manager and Amputee Clinical Lead. An active catastrophic case load of predominantly amputee clients (mostly with various other significant orthopaedic / neural / brain injuries), including high profile individuals. Clinical oversight of other case managers and being the focal point of the company in relation to amputee rehabilitation queries.

Rapid Recover Ltd - 2011 to 2015
Company Director and Lead Therapist. Employing 5 full time members of staff and working with 3 self-employed individuals the company provided predominantly medio-legal based physiotherapy services to a large number of clients across various clinics established in 9 cities covering Yorkshire and the West Midlands.

Walsall Football Club - 2008 to 2011
Head Therapist role which included working with elite professional athletes and coaches / staff (some of which now play in the English Premier League and have previously gained international honours). This role involved performing injury assessments, treatment and management of injuries, maintaining medical notes and ordering medical / nutritional stock.

Grimsby Town Football Club - 2010 to 2011
Assistant Therapist. This role was solely based with the youth and reserve team and included provision of injury assessments, treatment and management of injuries.
Physical conditioning and preventative strategies were focussed upon in order to maintain the physical capabilities of the individuals and develop ways to prevent detraining and the "loss of fitness" especially through injury.
