In 2024, COTA rebranded from LMC Case Management to better reflect its specialised commitment to providing rehabilitation case management services for individuals, both adults and children following a personal injury.
Established in 2019 by Lauren McCluskey, an Occupational Therapist, COTA is based in Lancashire and extends its dedicated services to clients across the UK.
Operating under the Rehabilitation Code (2015), COTA is committed to placing the individual at the heart of both the case management assessment process and all rehabilitation interventions. With over 20 years of rehabilitation experience, our team develops bespoke, clinically evidenced rehabilitation plans, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. We are dedicated to delivering first-class, independent case management services aimed at maximising function and regaining control.
Our team is made up of members of the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK), the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and HCPC Registered professionals. We adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and clinical expertise and have an unwavering dedication to continuous professional development to ensure that we maintain the highest clinical standards, providing our clients with the exceptional care and support they deserve.
